I figured for less than $3 after the discount, Too Human would be worth a shot.

What was so bad about x-men. It look fine to me, was it some glitches or something?
It's not the game per say, the case was for breach of contract. Silicon tried to sue Epic claiming that the version of Unreal Engine they had licensed was faulty. In addition to recalling and destroying the games (and their game code), Silicon also has to pay Epic's court costs and there's that earlier case they lost...

I started X-Men and I am actually enjoying it more than I thought I would have. It was on my "want to play but not own" list that I was going to get around to eventually.

Too Human actually has a lot of interesting concepts as far as hack n slashes go, just be prepared for the bad camera.
Also, it is more fun played with a friend in co-op, so keep that in mind. You also get better loot that way.
I really wish the game had sold well and SK had been able to fully develop it in to an epic action-RPG trilogy like originally planned.

Too Human was far too difficult for the common gamer. If they had dialed it down a bunch it would have sold very well. With the difficulty placed where it was the game only appealed to the top 10% of the gaming population. If I had known what a pain in the butt the game was going to be I never would have started it.
