My ex decided to hand my oldest back to me so he could shack up with his new gf without needing my permission to change her school. Even though I was paying him support, he has no plans to give me anything- although he was crying it was too hard to pay for 1 kid on his own and we have 4. I could take him to court, but it would cost more than we’d even get over the next 9 months. At this point, we’re just counting down until she’s 18 and he’s out of all of our lives. He’s his gf’s problem now (and rumor has it, he’s desperate for them to have a kid, but she’s not that into him).

It’s funny because he has no idea that our daughter hates him and is planning on cutting him out of her life as soon as she can. If it was up to her she’d never go for his parenting time. She asked when she can stop.
