We used to have "unlimited" with US Cellular. However, their idea of unlimited was 20 gb, shared across all phones on the plan, with a 5 gb "cap" per phone. And going over was a $200 fine.
We have since downgraded to a different plan where we share 15 gb between our 4 phones, but there is only a flat fee of $15 for going over, and no "cap" per phone, just a 15 gb cap for the whole plan.

Turns out AT&T does have an unlimited option because we have directv as well, so we need to check if it's comparably priced.
