insurance adjusters, used car salesmen, crack whores and lawyers - are there any other bottom feeders I forgot? Oh, I did forget one - hypocritical church leadership. Yup. My ex has been having an affair with a member of a local big church for 2 years. He's the worship leader. The guy that stands in front of the music people waving his arms about.
Once your daughter comes of age to decide what she wants to do for herself, your ex is never going to see her again. What goes around comes around.
What sucks is in mn there's no age that she can decide for herself. It's ridiculous. And it's insanely hard to change custody unless he's on crack or beating her. But her plan is to turn 18, walk out the door and never look back. He's trying to hurt me, but he's screwing himself out of a daughter.

Ouch!
He won't figure out what he's missing until he finds out that he has grandchildren he's never met. How much longer until she's 18 and are you going to move immediately after?

She just turned 14. So 4 more years. Personally, I don't think that is a very long time. He's being petty over 4 years and risking the whole future. My primary concern is that she is very smart but she's not getting the supervision she needs to keep on top of her work. plus her school district is a joke and when she goes to high school next year she'll be in an inner city ghetto school. Meanwhile, we live in an affluent suburb listed as the 2nd safest city in the state, and the school district is top 10 in the state. This is her best opportunity to build her future. I just don't know how he can not care about his own child to this level.

Well, the guys sounds like a real blockhead. I don't suppose you might have tried to explain this to him? Are you paying child support to him? Money might be the motivating factor if that's the case.

I've always been a big advocate about selling on Amazon, how it's really easy to use and sell however I sold a Wii U Earlier this month and the customer files an A-Z Claim without even contacting me saying the Gamepad was missing from the package and I have been terrible with trying to resolve the situation and denied a refund. Amazon investigated and I properly defended myself (Not sure how I'm supposed to defend a "Missing Gamepad" that wasn't missing) and they ruled in favor of the Buyer.
I sent that fucker like 8 games, 4 Wiimote Plus and the Super Smash Bros With the Gamecube adapter NEW for $350, after the claim he has no obligation to return the product to me and I'm out $350+Shipping, FUCK YOU AMAZON!

No, I don't pay child support. He reserved it so he didn't have to pay 1/2 of travel expenses when we lived far apart. Now that we live by him, he quit his job to take a lower paying one and he's been making noise about trying to get 10 years of back support.

Gosh, I thought my ex was a piece of garbage... What is he trying to prove by taking a lower paying job? Won't a judge see right through that kind of lunacy?

All exes are garbage. Now he thinks he wants to go to "grad school." 4 years before our daughter will be starting college. Piece of garbage understates it. But yeah, it can always be worse.

So, let's get this straight - your daughter is really bright and your ex is not. She's getting stuck in a marginal (at best) school while he wants to work toward an advanced degree that requires an IQ which he probably doesn't really have. He may pass, but he will probably be toward the bottom of his class. Your daughter on the other hand has a good shot at a really great future but she is going to be screwed over because of the school she has to attend and this is all on your ex's whim.
Yeah, that is really messed up.

With all these free games I have got to complete backlog and free up memory space. I still have yet to move my game saves to the cloud.
