Ultimate Game Sale is here!
Yep, the leaks were (sorta) wrong. We did not get Halo in the USA, but most of the others were accurate. The first few "deals" you'll see, are laughable... like $25 for Watch Dogs (cheaper for a boxed copy new, on Amazon), and $33 for COD Advanced Warfare (similarly cheaper for a retail copy)
But I immediately bought Lords of Fallen for $9. Sniper Elite 3 is $10... will debate that.
But the best decision of the evening... NOT in this sale... ok... Dead or Alive 5 Last Round just released. You can buy the game for $39.99 digital, or $4.99 for "core fighters". Let me just state here... that "core fighters" is the ENTIRE FUCKING GAME except for the 2 new fighters. You can get 980 gamerscore for 4.99, the online is unlocked, as well as everything else. If you don't care about alternate costumes, and those two new people, don't bother wasting your money.
(the retail of that is 9.99, but you get a gold discount this week... it showed up as 4.99 for me. HD DOA and easy 980g? Simple decision.) This is the Xbox One version. I'm aware it's free to upgrade your 360 account, to last round, for free.
The sale on 360 is worthless, don't bother-- Sniper Elite 2 is free (games with gold), even though it's nowhere to be found on the main menus...

^There is supposed to be more sales being added this weekend with Halo being one of them. Sniper Elite V2 was on the main page for me, even though I downloaded it for free 2 days ago.

I played DOA5 on 360 does that mean I can get the XBOX One version for free?

Kim I keep looking around the garage and back of this house, I don't see an inebriated Jacqueline Goehner or a bottle of Dr Pepper anywhere...

So I bought Lords of Fallen yesterday for $9, and now it's back to $59.99... if anyone wanted it, I hear it went on sale early, and it's suppose to be back this weekend, but for now, it's delisted. Anyone who picked it up early during that small window, got a good deal. No guarantee it'll be back, but thought I'd pass that along.
And I was mistaken, DOA Core Fighters is only around ~6 characters, but you can still do most of the achievements for the 1000g.

I was reading how I missed out on that last night and was just like, "Oh well it's probably a glitch and will be back up tomorrow" as the developer of the game was also confused why it was taken down. Then Microsoft comes out and says it was never part of the sale. One party is lying, and I have a feeling it's not Deck 13

Yeah I don't think it's Deck 13 either. Too bad, I was going to buy it. Now I'm going to skip the sale totally.
