Poppycock. Dude committed manslaughter, jury and justice system be damned.
I know it's the prosecutions burden to prove he did it, however a half assed job by them does not equate to this guy getting off for something he clearly did. I don't care if this kid was beating the life out of him, it's his damn fault for being in the situation in the first place. It's not like he just was walking down the street and some dude jumped him. He was straight stalking a kid in a vehicle and on foot while carrying a gun.
Oh well, he's going to be scared for a good chunk of his life now. It would have been better for him to go to prison for a bit. Now he'll probably get death threats for the rest of his life.
I'm not disagreeing with you. Florida's laws highlight how many abuses are possible in the system. He took a life. Without hesitation or any apparent remorse. The fact that he got off pisses me off infinitely.

Yes it is. They just released Shin Megami Tensei 4 on the DS as well.
The voice acting is not bad either, usually I'm an Undub person all the way but I heard the voice cast got good reviews.
I'm regretting selling my PS Vita and 3DSXL as I wanted to play Persona 4 Golden on it for the extras but I suppose the PS2 version will do, I'm just looking forward to listening to Troy Baker's voice's

Forgot to re-unplug my kinect & left my xbox on for a few hours while taking care of some shit. Had my tv off so didn't see the screen til just now. Apparently the kinect felt the need to search by itself for "avatar alfers bitch" I guarantee at no time today did I say "Xbox... search...avatar alfers bitch" And people wonder why I hate this thing...
