That's because a few years ago, there was this thing called the haxxor curse. Within a few months of hitting 5k, people went nuts and deleted their accounts. Certain people have hit haxxor multiple times with different accounts. True story. AJ wasn't the first haxxor on the site, but he was first to break the curse. I bought the Season Pass because I had the points burning a hole in my pocket and I really wanted to play the DLC.
Well, today, the newest DLC hit the market place, Tiny Tina's Random Screaming Event or what ever it's being called, and I am trying to download it, but they want me to pay for the DLC. You are not supposed to be charging me for the DLC - I have already paid for it!!!

Did you try downloading it from in game or on the marketplace? If marketplace, it will try to charge you...
