I'm not sure how I'd feel about following Lenin and Stalin, though. ACIII when you're in the uprising with Ben Franklin and George Washington, it was the moral and betterment of society in general. History was on your side. The idea of Communism is fancy in theory, and Karl Marx wasn't completely crazy, but you can't enforce that idea on thinking human beings, and have everything be perfect. To a society of robots, or the Borg from Star Trek, communism is a great idea. But capitalism provides motivation to work, motivation for success. If you don't have it, and you don't want to help yourself, that's your fault.
Nicolas II did a lot of very stupid things prior to the Revolution that didn't help his case. They're probably going to set you up as a survivor outside of Moscow, and you glance through the events as a polar opposite to ACIII, where you were involved in every major decision. They'll probably be a lot of chaos, and you can't control it- just make sure a bad situation doesn't get worse. And it's Russia, so I'm sure it'll have a bittersweet ending filled with murder.
There would be plenty of opportunity for naval battles, though, especially around St Petersburg.

I'm kind of intrigued where my Japan-Dragon Age 2 romance is going. It's the 3rd time playing through (USA twice), and now I have Isabella romanced first, then Merrill opened herself up, so fine, I'll sleep with her. I thought Isabella's track was shot... and yes, she made a declaration of her vs Merrill, I chose (Isabella), but now she seems fine if I want to continue with Merrill on the side. Her exact words, are "just don't hurt her too much, before you leave with me". This got me thinking about Commander Shepard. Why (couldn't) you have everyone on the ship? You're saving the damn Galaxy, but you have to be in a monogamous relationship? Come on. I know you can sleep with Jack early on, and go to someone else-- but sleeping with Jack early basically nullifies your shot at a (real) romance with her. If you want to create chaos, you should be able to. For instance, that would've added fuel the fire with the Miranda / Jack hatred, a lot more plausibly, than simply "I hate the cheerleader".
If they're really doing a re-mastering, I wonder what the chances would be, of new animations / voice recording? Square did that similarly with the FFX remaster.

So France and not Russia, that makes sense. The graphics seem underwhelming, but it's a very early build-- however this looks like the 360 version, and the PS4 / Xbox One version is suppose to be a completely different game.
