I have never had so many issues with any game ever. I even got a replacement copy since my first one would not even load up the game past the opening. After that debacle I was plagued with freezing (At least 1 restart needed per hour played), glitches galore and just a overall phoned in experience. I mean they even reused some of the same enemies and just gave them a new paint job. 90% of it is just snow palette swapped Arkham City with somehow downgraded combat. I can't remember how many times Batman would just flake out and start punching the air when he is surrounded by goons. Not to mention more wonderful quick time event bosses to enjoy.

Are you serious? As compared to the garbage they're making now? All of those remade would be Jackpots. Why do you think they keep pushing ports and charging $20 on Mobile? Because they know people would buy them, I would be FINE with a port, it's worth $20 and I'm sure Millions of people would agree.

I don't think you realize how much it would cost to completely remake those games in current gen graphics due to the size and scale of those games.
they can't make them if they can't afford it, not saying I disagree with your point since I want them as well, but it's just not financially feasible for them right now with how much triple A games costs now.
a port and a remake aren't the same thing fyi
and they keep doing mobile games because that's where the japanese gaming marketplace has shifted to, handhelds and phones primarily.

I don't think the cost of remaking VI, VII, VIII or IX could possibly outweigh the overwhelming interest. The pre-orders alone would probably pay for it and then some. Maybe if they have a financial crisis they will finally develop one or all of those golden tickets to save the quarter. However with XV and Kingdom Hearts 3 on the way that won't be anytime soon

At this point for a true remaster each of those games would cost at 50 million, and probably go upwards of 100+ million as well as having to dedicate tons of staff away from new games and IPs.
If any game gets the remaster it will be FF7 and that's probably it, those other games don't have as wide ranging nostalgia appeal as that game.
It's just extremely unlikely with the amount of resources it would require having to completely rebuild the games.
and if you've noticed Japanese developers have been moving more towards mobile since its such a low cost to put games on a platform with potentially high rewards.
why spend 50+ million on a single game when you can spend the same amount on 50 mobile games? Business wise it makes perfect sense.
Again, not saying I agree with it, but that's how the companies are looking at it.

Not sure if anyone posted it but Batman Arkham Knight delayed another 3 weeks. Gamestop still has the incorrect date online.

I didn't have a single glitch any of my 3 playthroughs of Arkham Origins. Except that one boss of course. I think past gem remakes are so worth it (Halo) as long as they actually work (not Halo). But I don't care to keep seeing 360 games remade that had no replay value the first time. I'd get the Arkham games again but like eh

I'm down with the Mass Effect trilogy, I'd also like to see Gears of war trilogy remastered while we wait on the next gears game

YOU WILL NOT! Anyway, they aren't remaking classic games, that's what freaking Sony does. Microsoft trots out remakes to games that have only been out a couple of years. There is no need for 7th gen remakes. That's stupid- not everyone has moved on to the next gen yet, and even people who did still have their old consoles.
