Double post fail? Haha who would still buy either 3 of those games at Kmart for $40 though?

I enjoyed the demo but not enough for a pre-order or week one purchase. After playing RDR for the last few months the controls and driving felt loose but nothing that can't be adapted to. Every game's gonna take a little adjusting to. I agree with Junior that the soundtrack is very fitting. I dig the Delta Blues.

After playing the demo, I agree with you. I liked the look of this game in previews, but I just did not like how it played. The aiming is pretty bad, the driving was not up to par, and the constant cops all over me god old FAST.
That was my main beef with the first game and when I played the demo yesterday I was about to get pissed the first time I was speeding and got the fuzz on my ass until I noticed you can turn off the speed limit. The first thing I did was eat all the sandwiches and drink all the beer in the fridge at his house and then went for a drunken joyride. I found it real easy (maybe too easy) to trash your car when crashing into stuff. I took some serious damage in a couple wrecks but not enough to kill me. At least it wasn't as easy to fly through the windshield as it was in GTA4.

You can turn off the speed limit? I wish I woulda noticed that in the demo haha. I was playin some GTA4 earlier today online and forgot how fun/funny that game was when playing online with groups of people. 2 dudes were hiding behind a car in the middle of the street and Superman had em pinned down shootin at em while hiding behind a PO box so I went around behind em in a car and smashed both their asses into the back of the car they were hiding behind and instant killed em. It was hilarious

Yeah, the x-button prompt popped up the first time I was speeding and got a heat level.

The game is a huge difference compared to the demo, which seems to be a viewing of multiple puzzle pieces in my opinion. From the beginning of the game, Mafia 2 is a really good story. It is well written and never fumbles around. Doing the missions within, is probably the only gripe as there is a TON of driving in this game. Granted the cars get a hell of a lot better in the 1950s era. Just drive the hot rods, and you will know what I mean
The game has smooth control, and the difficulty setting is unnecessary as I recommend just going straight to Hard Mode. The musical score is amazing, as well as the licensed tracks pertaining to each era. Everything fits in perfectly. Did I mention, you also get to rock an MP40 in the game? It is awesome too!
So far, I am extremely pleased with the game. I can see why it got a 9, but a 7 is way too low in my opinion, as the game, needs to be played all the way through, to really appreciate everything.
The other thing I am upset about too, is Gamestop, never gave me my Vegas/War Hero DLC pack codes, so I am going to fight with them, as soon as I have to go to work

Yeah, finally a collection achievement that won't seem like such a pain in the ass.
