Downloaded and ready to watch for tomorrow probably. I wish there were more hours in a day so I could watch everything I've been planning to watch!
Dude you and I both. I have to catch up on Season 3 of Justified, the past couple of episodes for Game of Thrones, Castle Season 4, The Mentalist Season 4, and The Big Bang Theory Season 5. Like you said dude, not.enough.hours.

I loved tonight's episode even though I take issue with a couple things. I know don't why but I always feel compelled to point out where they change or omit stuff. For starters, I hate how they changed Asha Greyjoy's name to Yara. I guess they changed it so there wouldn't be any confusion as there's already a Osha and a Shae. But more vexing was...
Spoiler: Click here to toggle spoilerHow they cut out a fairly cool part of Arya's storyline where she's on the run with Gendry, Hot Pie and Lommy. They don't get captured right away like they did in the show tonight. They were on the run trying to make it to Riverrun for a couple weeks before they're eventually captured and taken to Harrenhal by the Mountain's men.
I guess it works though as it's to be a expected that they'll have to change some shit around and I imagine Martin has to sign off on any real drastic changes. At least I sure as hell hope so.

Yeah tonight's episode was solid as always, but I had to pull up a browser during the gay scene since I didn't care to watch that shit

Yeah, they did a lousy job leading up to and explaining what was going on in that scene and actually did stuff out of sequence from the novel. Stannis needed to take Storm's End, the ancestral seat of his house, but he didn't want to sit through a lengthy siege because he knew his brother would be marching on Kings Landing. So instead he asks Davos to smuggle Melisandre (The Red Lady) into the bowels of Storm's End where she gives birth to a shadow assassin to kill the bannerman who was holding the castle for Renly.

I'm a little pissed with a couple changes they've made to the story in the show. First and foremost: no one ever took Dany's dragons from her! Second: it appears they've cut out two major characters from the book - Meera and Jojen Reed, siblings and wards at Winterfell who escape with Bran. They were who Bran told about his dream of the sea swallowing Winterfell, not Osha, and they travel north to the Wall with Bran and Hodor while Osha takes Rickon to White Harbour.

Don't know about that stuff, but it was a damn good episode regardless
