#2 Yes, happens ALL THE TIME.
#3 Damn right we did. Its the easiest way to get rid of them. Just recommend Call Of Duty
Be glad I never was at your store, I'd have called to complain about you recommending an M game for my kids.
IDK- when my kids ask for games for Christmas, they ask for specific GAMES. When our family wants to buy them games, they ask me "what games do you want them to have?"
I can't imagine being some clueless asshole who has to ask some strangers who don't know anything about the kid in question, what games said kid should be playing. That seems... beyond bad parenting, IMO.
Agreed. I think the problem is Melissa that we are thinking like GOOD parents and actually knowing what our kids play.
The whole thing about the game getting delayed though is silly. No one who actually makes decisions at these companies says to themselves "I wonder what Gamestop employees will recommend to parents." Nor do they care about a genre that is completely different than theirs.
I mean my two favorite game types are RPGs and FPSs, but that isn't everyone. When I want to play an RPG I don't go grab MW3, unless by RPG I mean Rocket Propelled Grenade.... Also the whole thing about what a kid gets for Christmas is silly also, I mean if they don't release the game long enough before Christmas, how can anyone get it?
My imagination is that they will definitely keep this release date unless they would be releasing a broken game.....and in today's gaming where updates can be released within a few days of release (or even on release day) it wouldn't surprise me if the game gets released broken as well. But as long as its been in development I'd imagine it will be fine....
.........................regardless, I plan on picking this up eventually. It sucks being completely broke and having to trade in other games to get new ones....
