I would say any of my 3 COD Veteran achievements, for COD 2, 3, and 4, in that order of difficulty. Mile High Club. General in COD 3, even with boosting is a beast to get.
Pac Man and MS Pac Man for their Perfect Achievements, which is eating all 4 ghosts all 4 times in 1 level. Dig Dug's achievement for clearing out one whole screen, I think it was called Dig.

No, Seriously will take months, even if we did it every day.
COD 3 took weeks doing it for 3-4 hours a day. One match takes 20 miutes and you average between 500-1500 points per game. You need 40,000 points for General.

my SIX year old brother got those achievements! (meanwhile, the kid ALSO beat 90% of a level in CoD 2... no joke at all)
