Mine was wages of conflict in Far Cry 2. There were many times where I didn't think i should even try it with all those diamonds. Or another one was the Long Road Ahead in Guitar Hero 3. Beating Lou on expert alone was a tough enough thing to do.

i cant remember the hardest but some of my proudest are:
GH Metallica: Hero of the Day - complete a song in expert+ drums only (i did Fade to Black)
Crackdown: Free Runner - collect all 500 agility orbs
Carckdown: Street Racer Elite - Win every street race using all available vehicles
also maybe both insane modes complete on gears 1 and 2 and legendary on halo 3

No, it says excluding Chapter VI & VIII or I would've got it on my first run-thru. I did it with Ray. I used Thomas on every Chapter on my first run-thru and then tried starting a game on very hard. After a couple hours of trying to get thru the 1st Chapter I said fuck it and started over on easy to get all the other chieves. I actually like the multiplayer too.

im guna have to say the achievement for getting all the flags in the kingdom on assassin's creed is up there on my 'hardest achievements' list, along with most of the other flag and the templer achievements... and according to TA some of my best achievements are (top 5 in order) Complete Package from the simposons game.
