What Is The Hardest Achievement You Ever Got?

Well, I have been thinking of making this thread since I haven't seen it on the past 3 pages. What is the hardest achievement you have EVER earned?
It used to be Hard Boiled on Sonic Unleashed,but now that I got it done it is now Death Star II-Undefeated on Lego Star Wars 2. Damn that level was hard, so many ships and lasers and explosions making you stay away from them. It took me ages!
EDIT:Feel free to discuss about the hard achievements or give help to others who need it!

Well little rocket man was pretty tough, i had to quit for monthes and come back for that one, also all gold arcade in forza 2 was VERY frusterating, my hands were hurting so bad after the last race
i would say grand pearl poh-bah, but i dont have it yet, getting 3 black pearls was tough enough

i cant really remember any too recently but i would say Quantum of Solace's "For England James?" 100k credits online. just cause the game is absolutely horrible. and before that was NFL Head Coach 09...ive fallen asleep soo many times goin for the 3 super bowl wins

Clear 5 Lines
Clear five or more lines during one Single Player or Online Multiplayer game.
Pretty difficult for me. Took me a few games and I got it. But hey, games come easy to me naturally.

BTW, I looked at True Achievements and look how small a group of people have this achievement, and people say LEGO games are really easy.

I would say the typical answer is Mile High Club, but my most difficult achievement was Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X "Sitting Ducks" Achievement without boosting, that one is almost based on 100% luck and took me almost 3 weeks of constant attempts to nail it.

I have 1000 on the Orange box, and there are a handful of those that could be most difficult. (I saw Little Rocketman up above!) I have Pooh Bah. A few of my Tetris achievements made me feel like my eyes were bleeding!
I think that generally, puzzle games tend to have the most difficult overall achievements. It takes a lot of practice and skill to get good enough to play a game well. RPGs are just a ridiculous grind that melt away your time.
I know that when I get the last achievement on Peggle, that will be the far and away top of this list!

"No Fighting in the War Room" on COD 4. I'm stuck at 980 cause of Mile High Club but finishing the rest of that game on Veteran was the hardest shit I've done.
