I'm finally finishing the copy of World War Z I've had sitting around forever.

I have been going through the classics for a while now. I am at the tail end of "King Arthur." This classics isn't that bad, if you compare it to "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea." That was a snore fest. Can someone please tell me why these are called classics??? B-O-R-I-N-G!!!!!

For the last ten months I've been re-reading The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. I finally finished reading book 11 today and gonna start the first volume of book 12 tomorrow. I first started reading the series over ten years ago and just fell in love with it. I was so bummed when I had heard Robert Jordan died a few years ago but he had the final book mapped out and actually wrote the ending before he passed. In his final days he asked his wife to find someone to help write it and she called Brandon Sanderson, author of the Mistborn series. It grew so big that they had to separate it into three volumes. It actually was released this last October but I wanted to finish re-reading the first 11 books before starting the new one.

I actually began reading a book called "Cryptographic Virology", which details an MIT student and his professor's attempt at a Master's thesis on cryptographic attacks by malicious software, in which they inadvertently created a new type of virus that doesn't delete or destroy data, but instead encrypts it so you can't access it. Interesting read, but yea, I'm a nerd :-/
