To me it is worth $60
Your getting a complete new campaign, though it may be shorter
Brand new Horde like mode
The complete halo 3 multiplayer/ 3 new maps
AND a chance to earn RECON armor, which is awesome for all halo fans
AND i forgot, access to the Halo Reach BETA!

I think its worth the $60, but that's just me. I use to love playing Halo 3 online. But my copy of the game got stolen when someone broke into my best friends house and stole his xbox's and games and such. So not only will I get my Halo 3 multiplayer back, I will get a new game and all of the multiplayer maps with it.

I'll be in store on Monday at midnight or maybe first thing on Tuesday morning to pick this one up. Already have plans to start marching through the campaign with my H3 Legendary co-op buddy on Tuesday afternoon. That's if we can pry ourselves away from Halo-ized Hoard.
I never spent any points on the H3 map packs so for me there is a genuine value in the second disk they are including. I was a daily Halo2 and Halo3 on-line player, but got side tracked by gamer score whoring. I plan on hitting 150k and going back to being a daily Halo player with the ODST disk.
Can't wait.........
