Battle: Los Angeles the arcade game is an easy 200, very short game though. I wouldn't recommend it for just the game I'd only recommend it if you are going for the points. You have to do a couple things like complete a chapter without dying, kill 2 aliens with a rocket, kill 25 aliens with the sniper rifle, 2 or 3 story related achievements, watch a unlocked video, unlock all bonus material which you do by completing the game on each of the 3 difficulty levels and that will also net you the 3 difficulty achievements. Pretty straight forward, will take about 10 hours at max.

Took me about an hour and 20 minutes... The hardest difficulty was like playing 'normal' in any of the CoD's.

You're probably right. I don't recall dying a single time on any of my 3 playthroughs.

Beyond Good & Evil HD is a fairly easy 200 points, just make sure you do everything you can possibly do and get before you go to the moon otherwise you can't go back to Hillys.

Finally completed Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and added it to the list. It is an excellent waffle, taking less than 8 hours to grab 1000G. The collectibles are easy to find without a guide and the game itself is decently fun.
I started a write-up of Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper and ultimately decided that it belongs in the "easy but not fun" group. I did enjoy my time with the game, but I don't know that I would call it fun or recommend it to anyone other than confirmed bookworms & video game addicts.
I started to play CSI: Fatal Conspiracy and even though they had refined and streamlined the gameplay process over the first game, it was somehow less engaging and I decided I didn't even want to complete it. I would remove CSI Hard Evidence from the list except it is a "classic".

you might consider adding Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 to this list. If you want an easy way to beat the arch enemy duels ask me i found a pretty easy way of slaughtering them =)

I would think that a good waffle would be the new Red Faction: Armmegedon. you have to play it on insane but it was not hard at all, and as long as you have one or two descent friends to play with you in the infestation mode (horde) is not hard at all. Junior, A Silent Circus, and myself finished the whole game in about two days. Not to mention this game is REALLY fun!

Just finished Disney s Bolt. It is an easy one albeit with a bunch of collectibles. Most of them are easy to spot you might have to use a guide for a few. I recommend the one over on X360A. It took me probably about 3 or 4 hours and was pretty enjoyable as well. It is an action/plat former where you alternate playing between a dog with superpowers and his owner a little girl with a power stick and stealth. Oh and you can use cheats on all but one level and still unlock the cheevs. Enjoy

I apologize for not taking time to read every single post, but some games I would add might be:
Open Season---I thought it was easier than Kung Fu Panda, which is on the list. Not to mention, like some kids games, you can track collectibles in game.
Disney's Bolt---simple and fun, as the post above me suggests, but I would add that collectibles cannot be tracked in game. Cheats can be used, but disable one or two achievements. No biggie, as they can be turned off and if you know what achievement it is, you can get it in the first level or two. One achievement also does not pop when it should---kill x guys by knocking them off a ledge or something---it should pop later in the game on a certain level though. It did for me and many others have said the same.
Backyardyard Sandlot Sluggers & Backyard Rookie Rush---like the one on the list both were easily completed in a few hours.
Eragon---I might have missed this on the list. It does have to be completed twice, but you can run two saves at once(there are 4 save slots), thus completing a level once on normal then immediately on hard if you want.
Rango---you have to collect tiny badges or stars, and you simply can't earn them all in one playthrough. There are ways to spam so check out the guides on other sites. Compared to many kids' games, I had a blast playing this. I would say the only drawback---and I seriously mean only was that you could not skip cutscenes.

Rio is a quickie. Like almost all party games, you can use 4 controllers to boost it or play through it normally...depending on whether you want to play it or just grab a quick/easy 1K.
I knocked out a little over 800 last night and should be able to knock out the last few grinders tonight, if I have any play-time before my COD league games.

I thought I mentioned this game already but obviously I haven't.
I wanted to suggest MAYHEM 3D be added to the Waffle List.
I played this game to completion twice, once on my profile which took me 3 hours 17 minutes. Another on my wife's profile which took me 2 hours and 13 minutes.
The game is a cool demolition derby racing game. All you have to do is play through the game one time, making sure you come in first in all races and you it will get you all but a few achievements. The last few achievements are:
TICKETS PLEASE: Watch a saved replay in the replay theater.
CRAZY EDDIE: Win an exhibition event at insane difficulty (minimum 7 opponents).
REPEAT OFFENDER: Win 3 games in a single online session.
HATCHET MAN: Win 5 games in a single online session.
The online is easy and you can find someone real quick off of xbox360achievements.org to boost it with. Once you find someone it will be very quick to boost the achievements. Me and Mini got both in little over 5 minutes time.
If you pick this up and need some pointers, just let me know. The Parking Garage racing is the only race that will make you want to quit the game, but with the right car, it can be a real breeze!

I didn't see it mention on the list or replies (I could be wrong) but I would suggest Viva Pinata.
Actually a fun waffle. Only tough achievement is the 50 hour achievement. But a good play through will take you 15 hours. So maybe 980 achievement points without really breaking a sweat.
Hanging out water plants an designing a garden can be kind of relaxing.

I want to suggest Torchlight.
I enjoyed this game alot. Caught it on sale for 400msp. Only part that is a little time consuming is getting max fame but it still should be on your list Meta.
