Add Iron Man 2 to the list. Game takes maybe 6 hours to complete. First play it on Easy to get all of the High Scores and Suits unlocked. When finished with the final level, Buy all of the Upgrades and Equip Armor Piercing Rounds and Ultimo Module, to every weapon. Then make your run through on Hard Difficulty, just being a little careful and you will be fine. Then Just grind out the remaining Weapon kills and your done! Very Easy 1K! Adrian Potato Tymmy can confirm as he played through it around the same time I did.

Yep it was fairly easy on hard AFTER you beat it on easy otherwise its unbearable

I would like to suggest X-Blades for the waffle list. Most of the ach's can be had on the easy play through. It's a thumb masher, and will require 1 more play through on hard difficulty.
About half way through my first play through, I could have (and should have) stopped and restarted on hard to grab all of the ach's. The difficulty ach's are stackable.

I saw that you had a list of pending wafflage and i had played a few of them so i thought id throw in my 10 cents.
Backyard Football 10 - you said you were going to ignore sports games but i though this one deserves a quick look. It is a kids sports game. its VERY easy to waffle. it took me one quarter (10 minute quarter i think i used) to get all 1K and it was fun while it lasted.
CSI: Deadly Intent - this one is easy IF you follow a guide. if you try to do it yourself its pretty hard. Following http://faqs.ign.com/articles/105/1057759p1.html that guide will get you all of the cheevos. PRO-TIP for your first check your throughness, cunning and skill often to make sure you dont drop under 100%
Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs - yet another kid's movie tie in. has a few collectables but its like 3 crystals on each level and some that you buy from the shop. follow the X360A guide and youll be good to go.
Harry Potter & Half-blood Prince - If you do what i did and just run through the game and collect only the badges that you see and do every game except the master flyer one you should get about 800 GS and it was pretty fun as well.
Disney-Pixar Up - once again follow the x360a guide for the collectables and always play as the kid for getting the bugs and butterflys and youll have another 1K. I enjoyed it and it had a few moments that made me LOL
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs - just like all other kids movie games grab a guide for collectables and enjoy your play through. Its is pretty fun if not a bit tedious at parts. Its two player so grab your girlfriend or fiancee or wife and get to waffleing.

Hey META, you should see about putting Fight Night Round 4 in the mix as I dont see myself getting a full 1000, but it is an easy 785g. Also I had gotten around 375g in in just a couple of hours after work. Just a thought as it is an easy 700-800g. On the other hand though I dont see very many people getting the championship belt ones on the online championships due to noone putting it on the line anymore, unless they make it viral.
