This has been posted everywhere. Usually when Microsoft bans someone to a year like 9999 (which is so ridiculous), it's most likely a temp ban until they decide to unban him. It was however very dumb to glitch the EP just to play it as Microsoft logs data from your 360

Seems that this could happen as those who glitched the COD4 Beta where banned for only 24 hours

Trying to justify violating MS' ToS makes you an even bigger idiot than you already are. If you knew full well that you couldn't play it offline, then why even take the risk? Saying that you weren't aware of the consequences was extremely ignorant.

Let's make it simple for you: Halo 3 is released on September 25th, a mere two weeks and two days away. If it is not September 25th, then you obviously are doing something wrong, unless it was a test that you were invited to do, and I would've made damn sure that I was on a list.

Also, House was not flaming you. She was calling a spade a spade: You got caught doing something you weren't supposed to.

And, to answer your question, I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize my account that I have paid good money for. Halo 3 will come out eventually, and I will enjoy it when it comes out, and I will enjoy writing about it so others know what to expect if they determine that they will not get on launch day.

Patience is a virtue that is not often found. Apparently neither is using your head for something other than a hat rack.

Did you ever have the though that i dont give a shit that i was banned? i was just trying to explain what happened to you guys so you would quit being such asses but whatever... everyones dying to see leaked videos and information yet you mean to tell me you wouldnt play the actual thing if you had a chance? im not an idiot, i just did a stupid call by playing it on my main account, everyone makes mistakes. no need to rub it in their face

Everyone's seen plenty of videos, picture, information, and such to tide them over for a measly two more weeks. A lot of people played the Beta, so don't hide behind that.

The fact that you say you don't give a **** is pretty much pathetic, if you ask me.

Saying that you don't give a **** and then saying you made a mistake by playing on your main account is a contradiction. So, which was it? Did you really not care? Or did you make a mistake? You can't have it both ways.

As for rubbing it in your face, by you coming on here and telling us that we're asses for calling you out on your stupidity only makes me want to continue to tell you that you're stupid.

Come up with an excuse that actually makes sense, then maybe we'll leave a dead horse alone.

Dude, just give it up. You were slapped on the wrist get over it. We just called you out on your stupidity, and we're not the only forum that is doing as such. And either way even if you do get your account back, you'll be behind on playing on your so-called main account. I didn't run out and brag when I got the first Harry Potter movie five days before everyone else. Perhaps a poor example, but it's close to what you did.

I totally agree. I mean IF YOU DIDN'T CARE WHY DID YOU BOTHER GETTING THE GAMER SCORE YOU HAVE. Also, you went to extra step to find out from M'soft when you will be getting your account back, hmmm that's sounds to me like someone who really cares.

Certain people get the right to play the game early because they are lucky to have the chance or the are game insiders. The people who got to play the beta enjoyed their time and that's just it.

Glitching is cheating and you knew it was wrong from jump, you have to. No one is slow unless your willing to admit that. This flaming you, but at least admit that you knew it was wrong and move on

I think that he got what he deserved. Actually, the ban hammer might have been a bit light. What's to stop him from going and getting a new 360 (which it sounds like he has) and starting a new account. It will cost him a couple hundred bucks, but where's the lesson learned when it's probably his parents cash anyway?

yea just think all he has to do is get a new xbox then use a diff name, adress, birthdate, gamertag, and password and there ya go. they need to find some way in order to keep banned people banned. it would only be right.
