I think that he got what he deserved. Actually, the ban hammer might have been a bit light. What's to stop him from going and getting a new 360 (which it sounds like he has) and starting a new account. It will cost him a couple hundred bucks, but where's the lesson learned when it's probably his parents cash anyway?

He deserved what he got. I know Scar personally, getting banned has been a long time coming for him.
