true, but you have to take into account two facts that might sway the fight:
1. Master Chief has the armor and likes to use other people technology against them like the plasma grenades (I can see him jacking Kratos for his swords)
and
2. Marcus Fenix does not work alone. Baird, Cole, and Dom would be lurking somewhere in the corner waiting to jump in help in the fight plus, Marcus fights dirty (he probably pick that up in prison)

Definately chief. I mean hes genetically enhanced. Hes been training since he was 8 years old. Hes 7'2 and could just totally rape both of them. Yes crook is right with kratos, master chiefs perception is slowed down to those of a humans. Due to his genetic alteration. Well he just has UBER senses pretty much. Beefy strength and hella speed. Hed disarm kratos and kill him easily. And MC is also known for his fights against the odds, so even with the others helping marcus. Master chief would still come out victorious
Id also like to point out. Kratos doesnt even stand a chance at getting close. HELLO BATTLE RIFLE, MC will just quad shot him. Shit i know no one would get up after 12 bullets to the head.
