Football Manager and the Farming Sims can screw right off, but it's a shame Mortal Kombat X is leaving, I feel like it should stay on game pass until they decide to put 11 vanilla up.
If anyone is a fan of the older MK games but didn't like the 3D ones, I suggest you grab MKX and try it while you can. It feels closer in spirit to UMK3 or MK(9) than 11 does, in my opinion, and is a bit more newbie-friendly (except not online, obviously, people that still play X online will chew you up, spit you out, and max out all your credit cards).

Wooooo I just read that Torchlight 3 is coming to Game Pass. I was so close to buying it a couple days ago.
I stiill need to finish my hardcore playthrough of 2.
If you like Diablo-style hack 'n slash/dungeon-crawlers, Torchlight 2 is freaking great, and hopefully 3 will continue the tradition of expanding and refining without going full retard (I'm looking at YOU, Sacred 3).

I highly recommend it -- they did an excellent job of streamlining stuff for consoles. As far as Xbox goes, I would say Torchlight 2 is the best Diablo-like game, recommended over Path of Exile just because Torchlight is way more intuitive.
I haven't played 3 yet but assuming the developers didn't do a complete 180 and shit the bed on purpose, Torchlight 3 should be easy to jump in to and quite fun without demanding huge blocks of time.

Also, it's not game pass, but the game Conan Exiles has a "trial" version available where you basically download the full game and can do whatever for an hour -- you can also pop all 1000G with a few quick console commands. But I'm not sure if the PC version has this same 1 hour trial like Xbox.
