I can name a shit ton of stupid games I've played over the years but I'll keep it to only a couple!
E.T. for the Atari 2600, yeah I know it was bad, but it also made no sense what so ever.
Mario's Time Machine for the SNES, absolutely horrible.
For the 360, there's a whole list on my homepage, Turok, Jumper, Liesure Suit Larry, Conflict: Denied Ops.
And of course any of those crappy PS3 exclusives! I hate the PS3!!!

This made me think of Raiders of the Lost Ark for Atari. Not one person we knew who had that game had a working cartridge. No matter how hard we tried to blow on it, every time we tried sticking it in we'd just get a fucked up screen.

you solved like... 5 or 6 puzzles, found out it was all a dream and the game ended.
epic fail right there.
oh, and then of course there's "bad dudes" LOL!
my step dad owned the arcade unit, so i played it all the time. whenever you beat a boss your guys yelled "I'M BAD!!!" eventually you had to save the president from satan, who was dressed in women's lingerie. at least that's what it looked like...
