Let's not get it twisted, BigPremature. The minimum donation was 25 and you graciously offered up a game worth just that. Everyone else threw in $30+ cash or donated an actual 60 dollar current game.

Call it what you want to call but unlike most of the people in this thread, I actually contributed to it instead of just piggybacing off somebody elses generous donations so fuc you....like I said I'll send that shit out when I have the time and from here on out im washing my hands with the situation. The game will be sent when i have the time, if you got a problem with that then use what ever little power you THINK you have and do something about it. You can either continue to wait for me to send the game or you can eat a bag of baby dics and wait for me to send the game, the choice is yours.
I understand that you're frustrated that these games are decreasing in trade-in value with every passing day & you need that money for lubricant & dildoes but that's really not my problem.

I'm curious for everyone complaining- in what way do you think AJ could be handling the thread better? People have taken off with games regardless of who is running it, and even staff with banning permissions have shied away from banning over conflict in this thread.
I guess that's an open question to anyone in the thread- how exactly could one manage the thread in such a way that people wouldn't make off with games? I have to imagine AJ would rather be doing almost anything than spending his weekend harassing people he considered friends up to this point for games that they know they should be sending. Does anyone have ideas to make the thread run more smoothly? Especially regarding Daniel's situation- he says he sent a game, it was lost, and he purchased it and sent it again- and it was lost again. Anyone have an idea for how that situation could be handled where aj doesn't have to be a bad guy and Daniel doesn't have to keep buying the same game over and over?

Checks and balances would help run this thread a lot safer. I would love to get in on this exchanging of games amongst this community. My worries were always the checks and balances of the system. It seemed my worries were right on the money with someone stealing games. I know hindsight is 20/20 but with a better system in place and not the honor system, that incident could have been prevented. My other concern was always the "retirement" of games. I may have missed it, but I never saw physical proof of the games being traded/sold in for newer games. I'd would need to see receipts and all transactions to satisfy my audit needs. You are right Kat, it is good of AJ to do this for the members of the site. It is a thankless job. Looking at some of his posts, he is almost doing a good job in keeping track of all games that are circulating between members. He just needs to tighten it up a bit.
On a side note, I am greatly disturbed to see a Staff Member sink to horrible low with their comments. A person in a position of responsibility needs to take the high road or turn the other cheek. To a see a Staff Member carry out a flame war is disgusting behavior. IMO the flaming started with a Staff Member calling two individuals out for not shipping games. That is not business for this thread and should have been handled through private messaging. If the individuals had made an error a private message should have been sent with their ultimatums. They should not have been called out for everyone to see that there was an issue and that they were going to be removed. That's a way of embarrassing and belittling them for others to see. If someone were to ask what the issue was with a particular game, a smart and responsible Staff would answer simply that there is an issue with Gamer Guy (example name) and we are just waiting on the arrival of the game. It's not anyone else's business. Let the other members come up with their own ideas as to why Gamer Guy still has those games. Let them apply the peer pressure to get those games back into circulation. The Staff member is there to ensure that it doesn't go to the extreme with the peer pressure in the thread. A Staff has no right to publicly shame any individual for wrong doing. They have no right to publicly flame members. I would hope in the future to see that particular Staff Member be the bigger man and handle things the right way and if he finds himself unable to do so, step down or step out.

1) Jared had 3 games before I even knew he had more than 2, other people shipped to him prior to contacting me.
2) I'm doing this for free, so I'm not going to be spending 40 hours a week asking grown ass adults to ship games and making sure they did.
3) I'm not a mod. Only Meta and Mini are.
4) For not having time to ship one fucking game you sure do have enough time to sit on your ass and type out these posts. You keep talking a big game acting all high and mighty but in reality you're just a whiny bitch holding on to a single game because you don't like me. Grow the fuck up.
@Shadow, actual mods aren't available to do anything. Meta is mia half the time and Mini is done. You think it's a walk in the park dealing with these retards on a daily basis? I mean Jesus Christ, how hard is it to ship one game and not fucking lose it?

To be fair, nobody likes you and that is probably the Reason nobody cares to Ship these games back to you because in the end it ends up benefiting you, which 99% of the site doesn't want.

Have to agree with all of what Shadow is saying tbh. All of this could've been solved in private, no need to flame someone publicly in this thread or any thread and if that didn't work just remove said member from the thread permanently or a suspension or whatever (not sure how the system works as I have no cause to ever join really). Now since this is just a gaming community and all. If this kind of crap were to go on in an actual workplace all parties involved would have been disciplined and/or fired.
