mustang's aren't allowed to race, so who knows if they would win or not? and some of the best games (and actually most games aren't one pure genre anymore but w/e) are from cross genre games.

That was my point...neither Mutts or Mustangs are included in either event. Much like cross genre games in a top 5 rpg list. Alas...

Edit: Also sports games with "My Player" mode. Snapple probably thinks NBA2k is a RPG

because Bioshock isn't designed with any rpg elements? upgrading weapons/powers is a common staple of action/survival horror games.

I thought it was just RPGs not 360 RPGs that's why. But lets be real. Runescape takes the cake. And yeah.... I guess they're not really. We too easily confuse RPG with Open World

Mass Effect 3
KoA: Reckoning
Borderlands and Borderlands 2 would be at the top of my list but I consider them shooters more than RPGs.

I must have mentally blocked that game out. That and enchanted arms were Oblivions only RPG competition for awhile.

Sadly, I hated BD as well. I was so excited when I bought it, and it was so lame. Infinite Undiscovery was the same for me. So excited, so let down.
