As much as I am a Star Wars fan, I don't want to see another movie made. Especially if the acting is as horrible as Episodes 1-3 and stay away from putting comedy in it. Jar-Jar should have been killed off in Episode 1.

nah I actually hated how he started to turn bad, may be it was acting, but the whole transition was completely horrible. And things that led to it were rather too stupid to even accidentaly happen.

I read Truce at Bakura and I don't remember anything about Darth Maul being in that book, but there was a Dark Horse Comic that's non-Canon that had Darth Maul come after a 3-year old Luke and Obi-Wan fights him and kills him again.
The other book you are talking about is Shadows of the Empire. Prince Xizor kidnaps princess Leia and Luke, Dash Rendar, and Chewbacca try to rescue her. It's one of my favorite books and video games on the Nintendo 64.

Truce at Bakura was a really good book, but I feel like it comes too quickly after Jedi to be the beginning of a third trilogy.
I think they ought to do The Courtship of Princess Leia as Episode 7 and then the Heir to the Empire trilogy of books as Eps 8 & 9. ....except the cast is all too old now...
They would actually probably do something with Han & Leia's kids if they used EU material.
I hope the Star Wars TV series isn't retarded. I tune in to Clone Wars whenever I remember and it's actually very decent after the first few episodes, so there's potential.
