I couldn't get the SocialClub thing to login last night, but when I started the game today I had the Gentlemen's Suit and everything, weird.
Also, I was doing a mission and shot this guy's hat off and it unlocked an Avatar Award sombrero--that was cool! I didn't even know this game had Avatar Awards.

2010 Tournament Winner

Noah I can't really answer your question, as I am the sole person on the planet Earth who has not played any of the GTAs, but yeah, it isn't really much of an RPG. Mostly an open world adventure game. It has some RPG, but you don't even level up in SP, so that should sum it up for you.
But regardless, this game is absolutely FANTASTIC. I might be as good as Fallout 3. Maybe not quite, but this game should be a must buy to any GTA fan, western fan, or just if your a fan of good games. I would advise everyone to buy this game NAO.
As a side note, I would like to point out that this game has an aggregate score of 96.30% on Gamerankings for the 360, making it the 5th highest rated game EVER on any platform, the highest rated game EVER on the 360, as well as it being the highest rated for 2010 so far. Of course this is subject to lower or even raise as more reviews happen (it only has 15 reviews so far) but this is still extremely impressive IMO.

like... in GTA4 you got called on your cell, drove to someone's house, and then went somewhere else and killed some people. you got money.... and that's it, lol.
does RDR have skills.. or a ton of weapons? anything like that? lol

Fixed. And from reading his post, I believe he was asking questions because he DOESN'T want to play it if it's just a western set GTA- he's trying to find RPG elements so he can like it...

i'm asking so many questions because i've heard different things about the game. i enjoyed GTA4 for awhile, but i don't want to play another game like that. not my cup of tea. on the other hand, i read that it was an open world game, and that appeals to me.
