how am I supposed to get the achievements relating to fame and honor if the missions arent giving me any? the last 5 or 6 that I did, I didnt receive honor or fame. hell, not even money. So I have a feeling I will not be getting those achievements. game is very glitchy.
It give you some... What part of the game are you at? MacFarlane Ranch? Because I don't remember getting any there so that might be why.
Just by completing the story missions you should easily have full (or almost) honor, and about 3/4 fame done.

You don't happen to have a bandanna on do you? If so, you don't get the fame and honor since you are disguised.

Check the poster map. I'm pretty sure the animal icons on it
denote the areas you can find each animal.
Don't bet on it....I was following the map while trying to melee two cougars, I found one or better yet it found me but after that I was wondering for a couple of hours trying to find the next cougar and I couldnt.....damn the map lol
I noticed that the icons on the map are sometimes correct but also it depends on the time of day cougars for instance you may see one around during the day but at night I would see two sometimes three at the same time, same with the boars all the larger game seems to be in the far northern areas of the map . . .

@duffman are you effin serious? I want to cry now. If I knew that bandana did that I wouldn't have worn it. SHIT!!!! Now what the hell do I do? Wow and those were important missions. Those should have been big honor and fame boosts. If I replay them will it hopefully give it to me?
I'm serious, though not sure about the replay thing. All I know is that the bandanna stops you from getting it. Do you have a save from before you started to wear it?

I finally finished the assault on Fort Mercer and headed down to Mexico last night. The guy doing the voice of Irish sounds like a drunken Lucky Charms dude.

I've read 2 different "big" reviews that said they thought the mid-game stuff in Mexico dragged down the overall pacing, but I thought the stuff there was really fun.
I finished my first story mission in Blackwater today, it was fun.
Also I was out riding around in the forest and I got of to pick some hummingbird sage. A boar came out of nowhere and knocked me down and sent me rolling. When I finally stopped rolling and stood up, a second boar hit me and knocked me towards where the first boar was. At that point, a bear came out of nowhere and clocked me in the head. Fun times!

Has anyone seen any Werewolves in their game? Yes, Werewolves i say. Word on the street is(and by street i mean the internet,) that there are Werewolves hidden in the game and this has been reported by numerous people and one guy got a picture of it in his game and it does look like a werewolf hiding behind a tree in the distance. Also here is some news on the RDR Coop mission with a list of trophies which i assume will be the same for the achieves:
"With Red Dead Redemption released to the masses last week Rockstar were quick to outline plans for their stylized western shoot-em-up. They announced the free Outlaws to the End co-op downloadable pack and promised more DLC is to come. Since launching last Tuesday in North America and last Friday in Europe the game has sold very well, racking up over 10 million in its first week.
Upon detailing the Outlaws to the End DLC pack, Rockstar said that the DLC will include six new co-op side missions ranging from raiding a mine and stealing the gold to riding down a river to secure a town’s weapon supply. The DLC will include new multiplayer rewards as well as new trophies. Upon inserting your Red Dead Blu-Ray into your Ps3 today you will be greeted with patch 1.01 which adds the Outlaws to the End trophies to tantalize your taste buds.
The trophies follow:
Well Done – Bronze - Complete a co-op Mission
Have posse, will travel – Bronze - Complete all co-op missions
2 Guys, 1 co-op – Bronze – Complete co-op mission with 2 people
Stake a claim – Bronze – Get a gold medal in any co-op mission
Struck gold – Bronze – Gold medal in all co-op missions

So I beat the game tonight and I must say this is one of the best games I have played in a while. I am now on my slow grind towards 100%. I am currently at 86.4%. I just finished off all of the strangers and hideouts, plus have all locations discovered.
