That is an amazing deal! The homes a block away from mine are rented for 550-700 a month and nearly all of them are occupied. But our neighborhood has pretty much nothing going for it, unless you count close proximity to a liquor store and paper mill.

According to TA, stallion has 773k and smrnov is nowhere near him. But I could be wrong. Just shows the scanners aren't updating here at all, period.

Spent a long day at Cedar Point riding roller coasters in 50 degree weather (and colder once the sun went down) but still had a total blast. This was the first time I've been there since my senior year of high school (which you might find odd since I live only like a 10 minute drive away) and the first time this late in the year for the "Halloweakends" festivities. On top of the 30 some odd total rides including like 16 roller coasters they had a bunch of haunted houses and outdoor "fright zones" like a giant haunted corn maze. I did not know they had a Pink's Hot Dogs at the park now. It's the first Pink's franchise east of Las Vegas. I went to the original out in Hollywood one of the last times I was out there visiting my bros.
