I think you should just do that while the lawyers are interviewing you. Nothing says impartial juror like telling them that even though you don't know the defendant or his crime, you're 100% ready to convict him.

Just watching tonight's episode of Survivor - it reminded me of a couple years ago, watching Survivor on Thursday nights, as well as boosting COD3 with the XBA peeps. I miss that :\ (not necessarily the stupid achievement, but the fun we all had!)

Considering a Galaxy S phone when my upgrade is available. I currently have the iPhone 4S and I am happy with it, but Apple is just plain behind. The iPhone 5 is so much less impressive than the Galaxy SIII for example. I still have about a year until it's time to upgrade, so I guess I'll see what happens and what's out when the time comes.

I don't know how anyone managed to get the Brass Balls achievement for BioShock. Especially early on when you don't have any of the engineering or combat tonics and Eve, health packs and ammo are so scarce. I know everyone says to just save often and load up a save if you die but I died at least three times when taking on my first Big Daddy on Hard. I'm gonna get thru it on Hard as I'm already up to Arcadia but I think trying to get the Brass Balls will just kill it for me and make me hate my favorite game so fuck that.
