I'm having a few laughs with this
Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard game.
Gameplay is very basic, but the whole game is a big joke (in a good sense).
Very easy achievements, also.

Jesus. Maybe if they were a little less psychotic about attendance issues, kids wouldn't be sent to school sick and he wouldn't keep catching every fucking thing in town!
Their funds are directly tied in to attendance numbers. You wouldn't want the Principal to make his or her own coffee now would you, ya heartless brigand?!

My son (the 8 year old) has been sick all winter. He got a head cold that turned into a sinus infection that turned into bronchitis... then he had the stomach flu for a week. Then the other day he got a papercut in his eye, got sent home from school and woke up with an eye infection this morning.
He's actually missed so many days (7, plus being checked out early 3 times) so far this year that the standard procedure at his school is for us to have a home visit from a school district official, and a meeting with an f-ing social worker.

the only/main reason schools care about attendance at all, especially for elementary schools, is so they can meet AYP and get more money. i mean, in high school, theres also the fact that in some classes its hard to catch up on if you miss a couple of days, so atleast that makes sense. in elementary, and most of middle school, you can miss days and its not that hard to get caught up..

Don't get me started on AYP. Georgia schools are a fucking joke. Since when is the educational system's goal to be ADEQUATE??? They keep trying to get people to go for free lunches and state aid here so they get more $, too. But since Alex has had perfect grades all 3 quarters so far, and had the highest scores in the school on the standardized tests this year, they better let him slide. -_-
oh, i know its a joke. its just a buncha bs so they can get more money xD its so stupid. but im wondering...how does the free lunches get them more money? shouldnt that be less money...? O.o? cause theyre not spending money to refill the account...?
eh, they should. if he isnt showing any signs of faltering (is that the right word?) in his schoolwork, and has no real discipline issues, he should me ok, or i tihnk so
jc, how the hell do you papercut your EYE!?

The same thing is going on here. Maybe it's because I sat too close to the stereo at that party the other night.

Holy shit. Seriously? Not like you couldn't back it up with doctors notes.
