I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned this... I don't think so-- but if you played Halo Xbox One between launch and December 19th, you're getting Halo ODST expansion for free, as an apology for the multiplayer issues. Wonder if that will have new achievements? Might up the 4500 to 5000?

They should take a lesson from the Unity problems and offer up a free game. Not give us another shotty port that probably won't work right either.
When ODST doesn't work, they'll give us Halo Wars as an expansion next.

I posted about this in the thread for Halo a few days ago, but basically I don't see why people are hating on the game so hard. It's not the campaigns that have issues its only the multiplayer. Not once have I experienced a real issue while playing campaign.
Plus 343 doesn't make any other games to be able to give us a whole free game, and MS Studios sure aint giving a full game for free. My only conplaint here is I liked Reach more than ODST so I hope we see Reach agian down the road. Id rather be a spartan than some wimpy ass space marine. Plus everyone gets a free month of Live, which is pretty solid honestly.

All it takes is a month of live for you to be sold that a game isn't trash, lol. You obviously haven't played in 4 player on the Halo 3/4 campaign, it was literally unplayable for at least half the people in my group. We couldn't play it because it was so fucking laggy. Probably still can't because the only thing they're working on is fixing the MP and giving us more shit to play. Throwing more content at a game that sucks doesn't mean they're making that game any better than it currently is, it also doesn't make up for the fact that it was completely broken when it was released.
The problem isn't just with this game, it's with at least half the games being released lately. Day 1 patches and games being released not working or hardly working is the real issue, but people keep buying them so why not keep releasing them? Pretty soon we'll have games released that literally don't work at all and because people bought them, the companies are likely to care even less about them and they'll just try to push more broken games out even faster.

Agreed! Last year I bought a bunch of games in the first few days - I have no idea what they were now - of the sale and a bunch after Christmas. I haven't made one purchase so far.

I bought Magic 2015 on XB1 for $5 and Titanfall on 360 for $12 only because it included the season pass. Noting else has been worth buying or has already been on sale in the past few months.

that doesn't really change the fact the discounts they are offering are pretty subpar compared to the Playstation store and steam.
