Yep, pretty much. Everyone's different. I eat way too many carbs, but I also burn around 1000 calories a day. I think people shouldn't judge other people's diets, and just find what works for them. Whatever exercise they can keep a schedule to, and whatever food that isn't junk, that gets them through the day. The problem, is balance. I mean, Elvis- with peanut butter and banana sandwiches, which Bill Clinton also loved. When they were on the grind-- they burned them up. Etc, etc. Moderation, and self-control.

I work for a research firm and that's how it works for our company! Although it does depend on the person if they decide to put you on the no call list or not.
