I don't think they do demos for anything on the one.
They do have demos. Only a few of them are on the Xbone. The way I do it is say Xbox Bing Demos. Then it brings up the demos they have.

My opinion is skewed since I still live at home while going to school, but I personally feel as if working makes you appreciate the stuff you get more. When you get a glorified allowance from your parents or the government, it can result in entitlement issues. That you deserve things versus working hard to try and achieve goals. Everything I have worked and paid for I take care of it, because I know if something happens to it I'm the one that has to replace it, and no one is going to help me with that.
Plus it helps you grow up and get out of the mindset of me me me, and worry about other people as well.
