It's every member of xboxamerica.com's gamerscore combined into one whole number. Not sure if it contains gamerscores from registered users that got banned and/or deleted though, I want to say it does but don't take my word for it.

Are you sure about that? I'm almost positive it was 1.214 billion some before that zehhaken cheater guy registered then it jumped to near 1.216bil, granted other people have registered since then but not enough to jump it 2 million?
