Yeah, depth at WR isn't forged by a rookie and a young receiver that had 1 decent year. If Blackmon is number 1, is Robinson 2? Mike Thomas is garbage, I don't care how much potential he has. Robinson had a decent year at best with a superior quarterback.
The problem with watching your own team and then rating them is that it's easy to rationalize their ability and overrate them. I can do it with the Browns, but at the end of the day, they still suck. There's a reason that nobody has heard of 95% of the Jags outside of their fan base.
I see thomas and Blackmon on the outsides, with Robinson in the slot. they could run a 3 wr set with those 3 pretty efficiently if gabbert can complete a pass lol.
and I wouldn't say 860 yards and 11 TDs in average when you didn't play until like week 5.
He played in 14 games last year. I said decent anyway, but that was only 1 year and nothing consistent.
All I'm saying is that there is not 1 receiver in Jacksonville that has had more than 1 productive NFL season. THAT is not depth. I loved Brian Roblske and think he has a lot of talent. I wish he would've panned out in Cleveland, but the reality is that he sucks in the NFL.
