There's probably a 30 second commercial somewhere you could find this out.
Every weekend-- AJ is just busting your balls. Check IGN or gamefaqs for where Xur is located... but it's pretty easy to find-- guy in a cloak that isn't normally in a corner

He only appears Friday-Sunday and in a different spot each time. I always Googled Location of Xur and then the date, it took 20 seconds.

You can't plug a gamecube controller into a Wii U though... so this $20 nintendo licensed product lets you play Smash, and also connects to Wii- acting like a pro controller, so all the virtual console games / wii games / wii U games that allow pro controllers, will recognize this. They're sold out now, didn't think they'd go out of stock in 24hrs, will pickup with Smash once they restock.

you just need an adapter, and nintendo made them specifically because of smash.
they actually have a bundle for $100 that comes with the game, the adapter, and the gamecube controller.
