Does anyone here have the We Were Here, We Were Here Too and We Were Here Together games? I bought them a while back and didn't realize they were a 2 player online only game (oops). I don't own a 2nd XB1 so I can't boost it that way either. Anyone wanna help me out?
I do have these, actually!
I have only played the first one, as I was boosting it with Apophis1989 (another vet of this site) and he did all the work.
So I don't remember it super well, but I know there are very detailed instructions for it online, so I'd be glad to help out. If you let me know a specific date and relative time, I can come be the 2nd player that is damn near useless except to help pop the 'chievos!
(seriously, the way the game is structured, the '2nd player' barely needs to do anything)
Along those lines, I believe Apophis is still looking to get through the 2nd and 3rd games, and his online xbox time is way more regular and consistent than mine, so you may want to holler at him as well.
Lastly, if I'm remembering correctly, Apop said a lot of folks on TrueAchievements are or were working on these games (due to that nice sale) so one way or another you ought to be able to knock out all 3
Yea, I was looking through TA and saw you owned that first game so I figured I'd ask here...hah. I ended up adding you on XBL though. I also set up a boosting session for Friday night a couple days in advance and got no joins so I don't know if anyone over there is even still boosting this. I'm mainly free on the weekends though as my work schedule doesn't really allow for much gaming (only a couple hours a night) during the week.

Anyone have Scott Pilgrim vs the World on 360? And the online DLC? Finally started it yesterday. Have to beat it online as Wallace.

Just got the walk 20k miles achievement in Gems of War...that one is one of the tougher ones I've gotten.

Does it reset each week?
It appears to be a cycling guild event so I would assume so. I'm not certain though as a new kingdom just released.

So there's finally an easy way to get RetroArch for Xbox One and Series in US/NA regions without needing to use or enable developer mode!
https://gamr13.github.io/
Long story short, RetroArch is a frontend program that loads emulator "cores" and then the cores let you play game roms. They have cores for MAME, Snes9x, and almost every other emu you could want that covers stuff from Intellivision, NES, Sega Genesis/Master System and even handhelds like Gameboy, Game Gear, as well as more obscure stuff like TurboGrafx and apparently even up to systems as modern as Dreamcast, Gamecube and PS1 (although I haven't yet tried anything beyond basic 8- and 16-bit stuff).
While it's a bit complicated and daunting at first, the reason why RetroArch is so freaking cool is because it has a lot of "smart" functionality regarding indexing and loading the various separate things needed to emulate multiple gaming systems, and the best part is that you can run it well on damn near anything!
Besides Xbox One/Series consoles, you can also use RA to play "retro" roms on PCs as old as windows vista, tiny "emulator boxes" like NES Mini, Genesis Mini, etc or even homemade raspberry pi machines, as well as Nintendo Switch, most phones, and apparently they even have it running well on PSPs and OG xbox consoles.
I'm mostly jazzed because you can use RA in conjunction with xbone's game DVR to take screenshots and video clips of old games, but today I found out it also has fairly streamlined "netplay" features that allow you to play almost any emulatable software in online multiplayer and is completely platform-agnostic!
I may finally be able to nail my dream project of filming a Let's Play of a full 6-player X-men Arcade playthrough, and maybe full 4-p's of both D&D arcade games and the old Avengers and Spiderman beat em ups!

Really enjoying the Halo Infinite Campaign
The open world is a nice addition to the usual missions

Yeah? It does sound like a neat idea, especially since vehicles are so common and they have the fun hookshot grapple thing now.
Hoping to jump in to this tonight and try it. I screwed around in the multiplayer a little, it felt pretty good, nice and Halo-y I suppose.
How far are you in to the campaign? And what difficulty are you doing it on?I'm pretty bad at most Halos, doing Heroic solo to me is like how other people talk about Legendary solo, at least that was how it felt in 4, ODST and some of the MCC. But I don't want it to be TOO easy...

I am currently playing on Normal to get the flow and figure out all the mechanics. I am about 1/2 way through...going back and forth between missions and collectibles in the open world. Story is great really enjoying it. Helps if you played Halo Wars 2 and understand the banished. I will definitely do a Legendary run after I complete normal.

With either gems or cursed runes from the new cursed gnomes encounter. Good luck finding them though, I did like 3-4 paloozas and never got a single one

So I take it you did it with gems. I haven't found a cursed gnome yet

Lucky I can't find anyone with cursed gnomes. Well found one and got the achievement. Now I need 6000 gems to level up the Soulforge
