I'm sure I've asked this before but, when you 100% a game on the 360 then load the counterpart on the XB1 will all the achievements pop on the XB1 version or does it only work the other way?

Every time I ran across a game from the NES that was ported to the PC, it was never really done well. I hope this is not going to be the same case.

Also if you have done any online achievements for Battlefield 4 on 360 they will all pop after 1 MP game on Xbox One and stats in Call of Duty carry over for MP and Extinction/Zombies between both consoles helping out with some achievements.
