Yeah but we're all Microsoft fans, so we know they're about the money too, just like every other industry. We know the good games will support Natal but in order to get the "Full 100% great experience out of the game." You'll pretty much have to have it, or we'll be "Missing out." xP
If you don't want to get up off of your couch, how much of the experience are you really missing out on?
Even if I have Natal and Gears 3, you won't be catching me standing in the middle of my living room pretending to chainsaw people. That's not the experience I want from my 360.
Now a boxing game, or baseball, I can see using Natal to enhance the game. I can see point and click and story style games allowing you to interact with your screen. I would enjoy a painting application that turns my 56" TV screen into a canvass to "paint" on.
I see merit maybe even beyond what they have announced for it, but shooters and fighting games are not where I will be looking to get the most out of this peripheral.

People need to realize that motion controls are dead. It's nothing but a gimmick that will die out. Remember the eye-toy for the PS2, or even the vision camera for the 360? Unless lighting in your house is absolutely perfect it won't work as well as it should. As a gamer I don't feel the need to actually have to get up and move around to be fully immersed in the game world, if I wanted exercise I'll go outside and run.
I'd have to disagree with that. I don't exercise at all, and if this is going to get me off my see on the couch, I'd get it since most 360 games are actually not lame ass kid games like on the Wii. I think I may have high hopes for it.

If they come out with a game that looks really fun & interesting and it uses the Natal tech then I might bite the bullet and get one, but so far it really does seem very gimmicky and there's no particular feature that makes me want to shell out money for it.
Now, if the 360 got some hentai games imported and they support Natal functionality, that would be a different story entirely

I could say something right now...but it's just really dirty.
Good, then we're on the same page here.
For those of you that aren't, consider the logical gameplay extension of the following hypothetical situation:
