Even if they lose half their members but the other half keep both the instant and DVD they'll be making the same amount of money while having to pay less postage for the people who have the DVD plan, so they're actually making more with half the customers. Then they'll make EVEN MORE with the people who sign up and just want the instant since it doesn't cost them anything for people to instant stream.

I wonder how this will look for them financially when the dust settles after Sept. 1st. But I think AJ is it right, for the most part.
