I wasn't positive but I am now that Kate is sitting in Judas' spot as Guyus and Tony's mother are as well. Both were the portrayed as the Judas-like characters of their respective shows. Maybe it's a hint that Kate will betray "Locke" at some point. She is with his group now if even not by her choice. I'm sure it will come down to her having to choose between Sawyer and Jack again.

You don't remember them showing us when Ben stole Alex from Rouseau? Rouseau had gone crazy and killed everyone in her group. Ben stole Alex and raised her as his own with the Others. It was a pleasant surprise to see Ben choose Alex's future over his ambitions to replace principle Peck. I'm sorry but he'll always be Peck to me. "Yes your honor, it's true. This man has no dick." 
I'm not surprised that Widmore is back. I knew we weren't done with him.

i may be missing something here. im aware of how Ben came be a father, but in this alternate reality, they're not related right? but it IS her right? was ben always a teacher, and have we seen this principal before in the show? and im NOT surprised at all about widmore either. i think we're be seeing him, penny and desmond again even though none of them are in the last supper photo.
also, anybody else notice how depressing the music is in the "sneak previews of next week" has been lately? its really making me feel sad

well it never explained things about Libby but other than her being in a psych unit with Hugo that wasn't the only way she was known because she was the one who gave Desmond the boat named Elizabeth(Libby) to go travel around the pacific or whatever to win Pennys heart

well doesnt claire's mom have aaron now? and if this was after Libby died, which i think it is, then its because as we know. Hurley sees lots of dead people all the time. im pretty sure that any time a dead person is seen alive on the show, its actually the smoke monster. Hurley i believe is the one that always sees the dead people because the island choose him as somebody special. i mean, he sees LOTS of dead people from the island. anyway, if you remember, Libby and Hurley had a thing for each other. Libby happens to be a psychologist, and Hurley spends a lot of time in the Psych. so this is the islands excuse for letting the two see each other one more time. besides that theory, i dont think there was any true explanation. i actually barely even remember her seeing as it was so long ago and i was quite young. but according to Wikipedia she was voted the top rarely seen character on the show at the time and even won some award for the show. so this was the WRITERS ways of letting the fans see her one last time, and letting her be on the show one more time.
