That's what happened. Pluto fucked everything up. Had it been alligned like it was supposed to be, it would not be able to be seen due to being behind the other planets. But not Pluto, in all its defiance over the whole you're a planet, not a planet, guess what you're a planet again crap.

So... You guys realize this thread has nothing to do with the gamer tags updating, right? The OP was one of those glitched users who show up as deleted and their posts don't work. He tested it out again after his initial post didn't work, because sometimes it started working later but it didn't. Pretty sure he's gone for good.
I feel pretty confident saying there will never again be gamerscore tracking on this site. For real I'm just glad that it doesn't build up a ton of guests and crash any more.
I'm gonna just close this... If the OP comes back and wants to try again, he can make a new one.

In all seriousness is there anything we can do to help?
Obviously I do not have the talent to assist with coding but I write a good letter and have no problem sending correspondence as required to assist. With the government and some large corporations a petition or request with enough signatures gets attention. Is there a way to engage Microsoft as a group to ask for help? Just my 2 seconds on the soap box...back to the regularly scheduled programming

Jackson reached out to the people who oversaw the community developer programs after they stopped supporting their programming. The fact that the site hasn't been fixed tells me that they had no help to offer. They definitely won't reactivate the old interface, because that didn't even have xbox one info. There are 3rd party APIs he might theoretically be able to use, but I don't think he has the time to figure it out, and we don't have anyone with the amount of php experience he'd require to let them give it a shot.
