What an awesome idea. So the thread starter would have to enter a brief description before they post? The only down side is that the only reason we need this is because people are obnoxious enough to make thread titles that make people click on them, and those same people would be obnoxious enough to enter in some kind of description-but-not-really to mouse over. It'd be hard to require people to type an actual description

I like it. This was, in fact, the deal breaker when I picked whether to go to X360A or A360P. The .org site has this feature in its forums and it helps me save time by avoiding discussions that are not relative to my query!
