when you get control of your character quit out the game
counts as beating the level

Another regularly scheduled patch will be out during the next week most likely, so I'd imagine they'll patch it out in there. Think there's a chance they'll take the achievements away from people who clearly got them all in one day? I don't really know enough about how this stuff works

I got 265 gs doing it, but hadn't done any of the collection except the 1st level of Halo 1 prior to this. So I got some extra multiplayer achievements as well.
EDIT: 225 GS. The Halo Achievement lists in game show the same achievements on more than one list.

205 for the spartan ops, but then theres another whole bunch of 5 points for an easily obtained easter egg chievo, 80 for loading up and quitting a bunch of multiplayer maps, and 40 for finding the hidden skulls from the Mythic maps on Halo 3. A total of 330 points that are very effortless to get. A tad time consuming, but not too horrible.
Edit: no benefit or loss from doing it with skulls on.
