oh and on this this podcast I was listening to last year major nealson said if your account happens to be on and a buddy plays on it and earns achievements you shouldnt feel bad so tell your hubby to play hexic for me please

It is just the one person on Stallion's account. He's NEVER on for more than 5 hours at a time, just because someone is first means they're accused of stupid shit? Read his 360Voice, half of the days he's not even on.

@Circus, you can tell if someone is a gamesaver by comparing games with them on Xbox.com, if they have achievements for games that can only be won online and it says acquired or unknown it means they weren't connected to live to get them, which means gamesaver. Also if they got all the achievements on one day for games like Halo 3 or GoW2, that means, gamesaver.

We have no way of telling whether an account is legitimate or not.

I've been a member of the Xbox Community Developers Program long enough to know that the Xbox Live data we get from Microsoft is horrifically unreliable. There's simply no way that we could fairly enforce this.

Microsoft is the only one capable.

There's just no way you can definitively say this, AJ. I get that you like the guy, but you don't have any way of knowing what happens with his tag.

Well if he's in the guiness book of world records I'd say he's legit.

Evol and I have discussed this exact thing with Stallion appearing more frequently in our friends' parties, and I have no doubt his tag is used by a large number of people, most likely on multiple systems. While that's not CHEATING, exactly, I think he does misrepresent himself quite a bit when he does interviews. I mean, he's a college student, he has a girlfriend, and he has other hobbies that aren't gaming related. Besides that, who could afford to get every game (including import consoles and multiple versions of games) when they're unemployed, just in college? It's more likely a conglomerate of people with just one face.

@Adrian, just because he parties sometimes with AJ doesn't mean it's always him playing.

Actually Stepto just said in a very recent podcast that tag sharing is grounds for a gamerscore reset, and a very high profile 360 Voice member recently had his score reset for that exact reason.

I am not going to get involved in the whole stallion debate, just stating the fact that Microsoft clearly states that tag sharing is cheating.
