I really wanted to watch that!! Was it cheezy & hilarious? Not that I think Tara Reid and some dude from 90210 can't act but that's quite a starring cast.
Despicable Me 2... 9/10 My daughter and her friend really liked it & I found myself laughing at alot of humor that's way over kids' heads.

It was all that and more. I laughed out loud about a dozen times. Do watch it, it was painfully entertaining.

I just saw the movie trailer for this, I def. want to see it lol and what the hell happened to Tara Reid I feel like she used to be way better looking
The Lone Ranger- I didn't hate it, but there wasn't anything I loved about it either. Just average 3/5. I did see this directly after watching The Grown Ups, so maybe it only seemed good in comparison.
Crank 2: High Voltage- 8/10
Both movies are ridiculous but fun as hell to watch.
Wow. Just an amazing piece of filmmaking. So many terrific actors putting in multiple top notch performances. I bet Hugo Weaving got a hard on while reading the script and learning how many evil characters he got to portray. I can't decide which of his make up jobs I found most frightening. His Nurse Cratchett, Voodoo Devil Guy or his futuristic Autocratic Korean. And I about lost my shit during the credits when I realized Hugh Grant was the crazy cannibal motherfucker.
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – I’m not normally one for musicals, but I really like Tim Burton, so I decided to give this a go. Initially, I had a difficult time getting into it, but after a time the singing didn’t seem so odd and out of place. It’s also not a pure musical, as probably 60% is conducted like a normal movie. It’s very dark and the visuals are fantastic; definitely one of the most visually striking films you’ll see on Blu-ray. Acting is solid too, with Rickman, Depp, and Bonham Carter making a great trio. I could definitely see myself rewatching this on an annual basis.
7.5/10
The Bank Job (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – I picked this one up for $5 recently, and I expected a typical Statham movie, but it’s not really that at all. It’s more of an old fashioned heist film, and while nothing about it stands out, it’s pretty decent. Statham’s not a bad actor; he just doesn’t seem to land anything other than high octane action flicks.
6/10
From Dusk Till Dawn (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – I’ve had this one recommended to me multiple times, so when I saw it for $5 on Amazon, I pulled the trigger. It’s definitely one of the craziest movies I’ve seen, but it is fun to watch. Clooney turns in a great role (always does), and I really liked Keitel as the preacher who’s losing his faith. I like how the first half is completely different from the second half, really keeps things interesting and different.
6.5/10
Sleepy Hollow (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – it’s another good entry for Tim Burton, even if it’s not up there with his best work. I like the reimagining of the story, and it’s got that undeniable macabre sense of humor that all of his films do. Some elements of the story could have been better explained, but I don’t normally watch this sort of movie for the story and plot.
6/10
Evil Dead II (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – I guess it’s just an age thing (this and the original are older than me), but I just can’t seem to get into these. I was thoroughly disappointed by how much I disliked the original, and this didn’t do much for me, either. I can appreciate what they did with a micro budget, but they’re just not that good to me. I did really enjoy Raimi’s latest horror film, Drag Me to Hell, so I don’t think the campy nature and humor is a problem for me. I genuinely want to enjoy these older horror movies, but they’re just not doing it.
3/10
Hope Springs (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – I’ve been meaning to watch this since it came out on Blu-ray (November of last year), but for whatever reason, it’s just now happening. Overall, it’s a good movie, with the acting being by far the greatest thing about it, but it just misses for me. It just didn’t ever get very emotional to me, so it was hard to get that invested in it. I think it’s a movie that an older couple could definitely relate more to. Despite my negativity, I’ll be the first to say that it’s better than 90% of the romantic comedies/dramas that come out.
6.5/10
Triangle (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – it begins like your average slasher, but it quickly turns into something else entirely. If you’re looking for something that was a little under the radar (at least in the U.S.), with a nice little twist, give this horror a shot. I can’t speak too much without ruining the plot.
6/10
The Great Raid (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – I enjoy war movies as much as anyone, but this didn’t do much. The raid itself (about the last 30 minutes of the film) is quite entertaining, but it moves far too slow up to the point, and has a too few many subplots for its own good. I think it’s an important film, but not necessarily an entertaining one.
5/10
Mama (Blu-ray, 1st viewing) – has some pretty effective thrills thrown in, but it mostly just slips into “average” category. I felt like it was acted a bit above average for horror, but the story and execution are a little too familiar for it be truly unique. The first half of the film is quite solid, but the last half drags and I don’t personally think the ghost/spirit of these movies should be visible for so much of the film. Movies like Paranormal Activity, Dark Skies and Sinister do a better job in that respect, to me. It’s the not knowing that makes it scary. As a side note, Jessica Chastain is quickly becoming my crush; she’s just so darn cute.
