I tried doing it about a month ago, after I looked at some strategy guides and what not. I worked on it for 1-2 hours, and I think the furthest I made it was up the stairs, then either died or my time ran out cause I took too long. I might have gotten it had I kept trying, but it was wayyy too frustrating.

here's my strategy: first knife the first guy you see, then take out your gun, through a flashbang and kill everyone. hide behind the chairs on the left and pick up a better gun from a dead guy. then get you pistol and get up, shoot and move. Once you're up the stairs make sure you through a flashbang and shoot and hide and keep doing this until you reach the end. don't choke when you have to save the hostage. This doesn't exactly work every time, or on the first try, but it will soon if you do it well and you do it right
