Got mile high club and the rest of those achievements along time ago, but I remember how difficult they were. 
I think it took me almost half a day to get the M.H.C. achievement. I almost smashed a controller over this one.

Scroll down to the "No Fighting in the War Room videos and watch them. These are what I used. Great tips and they tell you where the timer should be for each section to make it on time.

This needs updated. I got it back in 2008 I think. Took a few tries, but not the hardest achievement out there, that's for damned sure.
